Depends on what you have in the area.  I would say no but to each his own.  He has good width but is going to lack in the tine length department.  Judging by this pic and when it was taken, IMO he will barely make P&Y if at all.  Don't take this the wrong way, remember it's only my opinion

Not a young deer! Looks fairly big and paunchy! What most people don't realize is not all deer grow into trophy size! If he's 3 1/2 or older, at the end of the season I might be filling my tag!  Some deer are best eliminated from the gene pool!  Just my two cents! Good hunting!!!!!!!
