You're right, Taiwan. I put casters on the tool box and two big metal cabinets today. I hate casters!! No way to work around them with a power tool or even a damned socket!

I own a lot of Kobalt tools and have not had any issues with them except for a 25' magnetic tape measure I had. The magnets came out and with Kobalt's "NO HASSLE" guarantee, Lowe's replaced it with a 30' magnetic tape, no questions asked.

I would bet 10 to 1 that the Kobalt tool box is just as functional and reliable as the Craftsman box you posted. I'm just not sold on Craftsman anymore since you can buy them @ KMart now.

Kobalt is made in China, Craftsman is made in the USA which is why I'm looking at Craftsman.
