Most likely 3rd week.&amp;nbsp; Shorelines will go fast though.&amp;nbsp; Run-off really hasn't started that much yet up in the northern tier.&amp;nbsp; When it does, it will take the shoreline in pretty quick fashion and then there I will be, staring at plenty of ice but no way to get on it.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
