posted by: Tim Sandstrom. Most likely 3rd week. Shorelines will go fast though. Run-off really hasn't started that much yet up in the northern tier. When it does, it will take the shoreline in pretty quick fashion and then there I will be, staring at plenty of ice but no way to get on it.
