Photo Description:

My daughter asked me to take her fishing today, but I didn't have alot of confidence that we would catch anything this close after a big storm.  Well I was all wrong on that deal.  We went to a local slough that holds a few perch just to see what was going on.  I stopped by a culvert that was pushing a little water through and boy did we find the perch fired up.  We fished until the mosquitoes drove us back to the ranch.  I think we fished for about 3 hours, but I lost track of time when the rods were bending.  Same tackle as before, 1/16th oz jig and a crawler.  It was a hot one both above and below the water.

Thems good eats! Awesome!
