It was Tubby, We drilled a well on his land back in the 80s and he just about fed us to death. Is he still around ?

He passed away a few years back. I blade the roads around his house. His daughter still serves food out at the State Fair grounds in Minot; and it is still great food!

Searing the meat at the end of the cooking process vs. the traditional sear and then cook.
