As Walynut said...OUCHY...   We fished Pelican hard and found action at the 281 bridge.  Well, action for others.  We boated 1 - 18" eye that was spawned out.  Water tempature was 50 to 51 degrees.  We threw the tackle box at them.  Shore fishermen were doing better.

It's amazing how much this lake changes with high water.  Contrary to the limited action, it was a great day on the water.  Thanks Marky D and Dave.
