Devils Lake (Overview) - Saturday, June 12, 2010

Report Details

I agree with Bison9 to some extent. We ( my gf and i ) fished saturday and sunday and managed our limit of nice eaters (14-18 inchers) both saturday and sunday but it was slow, water temps were only around 60 and thats what killed us. It took two trips out saturday a total of about 7 hours to get our ten fish, and sunday it took us from 9 am to 3 pm to get our ten . About a fish every 45 min or so, they never really came in bunches, you could mark em on the graph all day they just wouldnt bite often. As for not going again for a month as bison9 said, i dont agree with that, if the sun comes out and we get up to 75-80 again the fishing will get hot again, it will do what the weather does.
