Devil's Lake Bluebill Point Community: What is the name?

I was wandering around North shore of Minnewauken Flats (Devils Lake) on Google Earth and saw an organized campground and a boatramp just to the East of Bluebill Point.  What is the name of that place?  Stizo :)
