I understand pulling a crippled coyote out to finish him off, but when people do stupid $hit like putting the video online of them gathered around the den laughing as its pulled out and shot sheds a bad light on coyote hunters/trappers and hunters in general.  Guys on this forum would be screaming bloody murder if the video was of a group of people standing around laughing at a crippled buck trying to get away.

I didnt get that they were laughing at a crippled animal trying to get away. I viewed it and laughed also as the crazy dude was reaching into a hole feeling around to get a hold of the yote. The responses from the three as this played out was funny IMHO. Also believe the yote was put down as quickly as possible!

They could have shot it in the hole and then pulled it out, would have been more humane if you ask me.

Idk if it was injured to begin with or if they just chased is in the hole but im just glad they pulled it out cuz if not the coyote would have died in the hole.

Now if it was me, if its not injured I would not have shot it. At this point it is no longer hunting. Coyote hunting is a challenge because of the nature of the animal.

Shooting him from 10 yrds after pulling him out of a hole is not hunting it is killing. Unless yote was injured then they were perfectly fine shooting him.

The old double standard.

A gut shot deer will bring derogatory comments and chastising. 

A gut shot coyote brings back slapping and "atta boys".
