BISON VS UNI 6PM TOMOROW

Hopefully there isn't any letdown after the bug game last week, Bison better come to play UNI is a quality squad but I think this week is their opener. GO BISON!

Since when was it going to be statewide? Last I heard it was just the Fargo market, what network is covering it?

Said on gobison.com that it was expanded to statewide.

Although TV Guide is not showing the game posted Saturday night it is on statewide on NBC. Just saw it announced on KFYR evening sports.

Well thats good news, I don't know why they can't do something where all games are statewide. I have that all access pass from gobison and it seems pretty much worthless these days.

KVLY was always going to have the game.  The decision to carry it on the other NBC stations in the state was up to the stations.  Initially, I'm guessing there was not an overwhelming amount of interest.  Maybe due to last year's record?

Overall, statewide broadcast on the ND NBC Network is fine for people in ND and those out-of-state cable systems who carry ND stations.  It isn't a big deal in the overall scheme of things though.  The technology is not very current (microwave vs satellite).  Better than nothing bu tit leaves out a lot of regional viewers.

This game should be a test for where NDSU is at.  UNI lost a lot from last year.  Virtually the entire OL.  One of their best QB's.  But, they have a history of deep talent pool and a loud and boisterous home field crowd.  It is their opener so no film to base a prediction on.

I think people are underestimating what NDSU did last week. KU is hanging tough with #15 Georgia Tech at GT. 17-14 at the half. I think NDSU has a very good chance of wining.

KU beat GT (#15) 28-25.  KU figured some things out.  But, NDSU still beat KU physically on both sides of the ball.

NDSU is down 9-3 at the half.  That score is misleading.  NDSU is getting owned.  Big time.  It should be much worse than that.

QB looks to be a big weakness again this season.

NDSU defense has been tough in the Red Zone.

Line play heavily favors UNI.

It is pretty clear that Jose Mohler does not have what it takes to play. Besides a couple of athletic plays while running around, he wasn't even remotely accurate. The running game doesn't exist as well. The defense also played horrible except for in the red zone. Amazingly through it all, they still had a chance to win. I didn't really think there was much of a push off on that potential game tying touchdown pass but oh well. They didn't deserve to win anyways.
