I'm brand new to the ATV game and I'm just wondering what everyone's running for pressure.  Gonna mostly be used to push snow and pull an icehouse for the time being.  FWIW I'm running Suzi 750 King Quad W/bigger wheels/tires.

I usually keep mine from 3 to 5 pounds. For me the least give's a little better ride and a little more grip. Just my 2 cent's.

Honda 550 and I run 4lbs...seems like the "all purpose" pressure.

I put chains on all four.  You will thank me later for this advice. It is NIGHT AND DAY when I forget to put my chains on at first ice, and pushing snow is WAY easier with chains even on pavement. Put enough air in them to keep the chains from flying off at high speed.  Stizo :)

3-4 in the winter, 5 in the summer.
The kill is the satisfying, indeed essential, conclusion to a successful hunt. But, I take no pleasure in the act itself. One does not hunt in order to kill, but kills in order to have hunted. Then why do I hunt? I hunt for the same reason my well-fed cat hunts...because I must, because it is in the blood, because I am the decendent of a thousand generations of hunters. I hunt because I am a hunter.- Finn Aagard

I have had mattracks for 2 years now and love them.  Its real hard to get stuck with them but not impossible, and if you have a plow on your atv, youll move 2x the snow with tracks, you can litterally make a pile as high as you want with tracks, cuz the front tires don't get stuck in the pile like tires do, you just drive right up it.    Not to mention you can go ice fishing no matter how deep the snow.

All of the manufacturers that I have dealt with over the 40 years that I've been in the outdoor power & equipment business reccommend never to chain the front tires on a front wheel steer vehicle. The front wheels have to travel a lot farther during a turn than tthe rear wheels do. When they are chained down on all 4 corners, that will putt a massive strain on the transmission and driveline. You should only chain the rear tires on an ATV. If you have a 4 wheel steer or an articulated steer unit, it is permissable to chain all 4 tires if needed, because the front and rear tires always travel at the same speed, on the same side of the vehicle. It is not even recommended to chain the front tires on a skidsteer loader, and if you install over-the-tire tracks, you must remove the front drive chains, so that only the rear axle is driving the tracks. If you want to avoid those big repair bills, leave the chains off of the front tires on your ATV's

If you drink --- Don't drive -- Don't even Putt

Along those lines, what about running an ATV in 4wd or diff lock with mattracks?
