2010 ND Fishing Challenge Prediction (Devils Lake)

AP - April 22nd.

Prelimary intelligence on the tourney shows Team Walynut attempting to pre-fish for this June 5th dance has already started.  However, Team Luveyes (with Stringerfull and 3rd angler TDB) has mapped out new GPS and water levels.  This tactic will prove successful as we approach "the date".

When the WCFWB (Walleye Circut For Wanna Be) interviewed Luveyes, the smack talking began.

WCFWB (Q) - Team Luveyes, how do you feel about Walynut not announcing his team for "the date"?

Luveyes (A) - This is very typical for Walynut.  You see, the nut portion tends to come out more in his name as he battles his age.

WCFWB (Q) - Lets move to Stringerfull.  Does that fact the Walynut sleeps with Salmos concern you?

Team Luveyes -Stringefull (A) - Look, this Walynut character has been working his way into the likes of Salmo, Rapala, and others.  This is simply a scare tactic, and know that nothing is off limits to him.

WCFWB (Q) - Where do you think winner of this tournment will spend most of their time?

Luveyes (A) - I expect Walynut will put his primary focus on Goose Lake.

WCFWB - I thought this tournment taking place on Devils Lake?

Stringerfull (A) - Please disregard that last answer, Goose Lake is off limits.

WCFWB (Q) - Do you or your team have any comments for Team Walynut.

Luveyes (A) - When you dance with the Devils someone get's burned, it won't be us.

Stringerfull (A) - You tell him I'm commin' and I'm bringing spinners with me!

I had just got out of bed for the interview...  Not sure of most of my answers.

Gotta go tie more spinners and get some 1/16th oz hair jigs and crappie minnows for the tourney.

AP – April 23, 2010

WCFWB was contacted by Walynut after seeing our interview with Team Luveyes and requested to put the “nut’s” spin on the upcoming 2010 ND Fishing Challenge.  Below is a transcript form the latest interview.

 WCFWB- Welcome Walynut; May I call you nut?

Walynut- Sure, call me whatever just not luveyes or stingerless!

WCFWB- What do you think of the smack talk that is being thrown down by Team Luveyes?

Nut- Typical tactic thrown out by the clueless duo to try to get information from Team Walynut.

WCFWB- What do you think about, and I quote “ Team Luveyes (with Stringerfull and 3rd angler TDB) has mapped out new GPS and water levels” and how do you think this will help them?

Nut- I had to laugh about this one; basically all they are saying is Stringerless got a toy compass in his most recent box of Cracker Jacks! As for an actual GPS on their boat, yeah I have seen it, it’s funny though when Luveyes wants to return to the spot he started from he has to take the unit off and flip it upside though.

WCFWB- Would you like to announce your team at this time?

Nut- Sure, I have no issue with that; Zack and Carp

WCFWB- Carp like the fish (laughing)

Nut- Yeah!

WCFWB- Where are you going to be fishing during the tournament? It was suggested Goose Lake by Luveyes.

Nut- (laughing) See this is case in point that Luveyes cant use a GPS. Next time you see him tell him to turn his GPS over again! I will be on Devils lake, I have a few spots mapped out but with fishing the casino tournament the following weekend, I don’t know that I want to move into these spots.

WCFWB- Are you concerned about them placing higher than you in this event?

Nut- With the dynamic clueless duo on board, no not really, but what does worry me is that TBD. I hear he can be a real fish catching machine.

WCFWF- Any final words for Team Luveyes?

Nut- Sure; Luveyes, I dance with the Devil all the time and I’m not even concerned, we give each other high fives when in passing and as for stringerless, I have seen your little spinners and I’m not remotely concerned!

I'm begining to think that this is just a ploy to run into the spots I am saving for the Casino and beat them up so eyes places better in that one than I do.......??????

LOOKS LIKE TEAM WALYNUT IS FAVORED TO WIN SO FAR!!!!!!

I would like to take a moment and thank the American Legion, Post 97 in Larimore ND for a wonderful donation to the cause in the amount of $400 dollars. The post/vets club is open to the public 7 days a week and if anyone happens to swing by please thank them on a wonderful donation!!!!
