Wrll Aug. is about over and wow!! what an August it has been ,the fishing is great ! size and numbers are the best I have seen in year's !! the last three week's we have fished from Mobridge to Akaska and there are fish everywhere!! crawler's are still the best for me. 12-24 fow. the smallmouth bass are also biting great and the size is phenomonal!! biggest of the year for my client;s so far is 19.5 in. 4.2 lbs. if this is any indication on what the fall and winter is we are going to have a fun season ahead !!

we have had a great july so far ,not having to go very far from the ramp's at walthbay. fish in 10-20 fow, crawlers , hooks and beads when calm,blades when windy .main lake point"s

Well we have had a crazy week of weather about all conditions that can happen did!! the fishing was better than I expected! I had a great group of couples and they caught and released over 70 walleye's in 3 day's !! same program crawler's , blades when windy !! like yesterday!! 7-12 fow. moreau river. also great job in Akaska on the Senior day as the wind blew thay were still able to get out and catch some fish!! wish I could of been there to help. good job chad!! Also the Walleye Classic is coming soon to Akaska !! make plan's to take in the festival!!

was out yesterday and fishing was prettygood, fished moreau area 8-15 fow crawlers. keep moving until you find active fish!! had a five person limit by 3pm. biggest 23 in. all nice quality fish. back to pd shooting now.

Well the wind continues to blow but the fishing is still very good ,fished out of walth's today, made 1  6 hour drift all the way to blue blanket and caught fish on every point for six miles. 8-12 fow. crawlers spinner's also caught several smallmouth's up to 4 lbs. have a safe and happy 4th!! remember what it is all about!!

well another great 2 day's with 2 different group's. fished out of walth's again and fishing is redHot!! 5-10 fow.crawlers ,rig's and hardware when the wind blow's. another great day on the water was had  by all, I had 2 different groups of  client's today and had both group's limit out.1 by noon , got back out by 2 and had the other group filled out by 4pm. south out of walth's, 4-8 fow.

Well the summer bite is Back!! with the water warming back up and the weather being stable the fishing has picked up alot we had a 5 person limit with our over's and nice slot's by 1.30  8-14 fow. crawler's worked best launched out of walth bay went south. I know oahe wing;s have room's open so if youare planning on coming out give them a call.I think it is just going to get better as the water warm's.
